NPC's Final Response to the White Paper

As the deadline for responses falls on the 30th April, the NPC has submitted its final response to the Higher Education White Paper. The White Paper itself can be downloaded from:

Our response, where we have given reference to research funding, knowledge transfer, learning and teaching and undergraduate funding amongst others can be viewed here.
